Doesn't surprise me. There was a rash of rapes here in NYC by NYPD cops back in the 80's. Mostly women who they were harassing with their sirens while following behind them. But I also wonder if some of the victims back then were women who were threatened with tickets or whatever. And agreed to have sex with the officers.

Then decided against it during the act, but the officer just forced it anyways. There have been some recent cases as well. Including a drunk woman who was escorted home by two NYPD cops. Who then pushed her into her apartment and raped her.
