Rochester is extremely racist. People hear NY and they think liberal. Well yeah, New York CITY. But once you get to that outer NYC area. "The Stix" as we call it. That's when the cops become less diverse and so do the citizenry. And their attitudes are just awful. Buffalo is bad as well. Outer New York City reminds me more of New Hampshire and Middle Pennsylvania.
