Serving an eviction notice is always dangerous. Especially these days. With the bad economy and lack of jobs. The guy died soon after being taken into custody. He was taken to a hospital I think where he later died. Oddly enough, Texas was in the news recently for a law they were trying to pass where it'd be legal for parents to hold children's birthday parties at gun ranges. Guess that's on hold now eh?
