WHNT.com DECATUR, Ga. — The Decatur Police Department will hold a news conference at 2 p.m. to discuss an officer-involved shooting that happened Monday night. Authorities say 36-year-old Mister Bobby Lowe died in the shooting. Police say Lowe had armed himself with a handgun.
