Associated Press CHARLESTON, W.Va. — Authorities say a lawyer in the West Virginia Attorney General's Office fired shots at police during a standoff in a Charleston home and was taken into custody covered in blood. Charleston Police Chief Brent Webster says Mark Bramble fired several shots inside a home before his arrest Monday. Webster says all of Bramble's wounds were apparently self-inflicted ...
