This kid, 19. Abdul Arian was shot at 100 times on the freeway in Los Angeles. He was hit 15 times and killed. Officers say they were trying to pull him over. He didn't stop, and then called the cops while he was driving saying he'd been arrested before for possessing WMD's, and that he had a gun. When he got out of the car and ran away. They opened fired killing him. I'll post the video later if I can find it. But man, $120 million? These LAPD incidents are the reason California is broke. Particularly Los Angeles. People don't realize that these huge suits and eventual payouts cost the city money. Lots of it!
