Witnesses said when the folks in the neighborhood started filming the incident with their phone cameras, the cops started telling the teenager Ronalda to 'stop resisting arrest'. Unbelievable. It's amazing that the LAPD is still even in business with how many of these incidents happen so often. Apparently, the kid had prior stuff on his record. Most likely for skateboarding at the mall and such. The guy is hardly a hardcore drug-dealing-murdering-psychopath. Just because he had a record doesn't mean they get to pound on him like this.
