Not sure it takes five cops to shoot one person with a gun. Unless he's an android. This is what constantly gets cops in trouble. Overkill. They put 20+ bullets into one suspect. It's like was the guy a bodybuilder or something? Cops have fallen into the habit of when one opens fire, everyone has to join in. It would take two at the most to take down one guy. Also depending on what type of weapon he had, and he was inside a car which puts him at a disadvantage. A few rounds into the side or front window would've done the trick.
