WCBD North Charleston, S.C. — New police video is released from a short but destructive police chase last Thursday that ended on Highway 52 between North Charleston and Goose Creek. The suspect in this chase Cleo Williams Jr. is arrested and charged but it was not after police say he caused lot of damage and put a lot of lives in jeopardy.
