A former Iberia Parish Sheriff's Deputy will spend the next 12 years in prison. A judge sentenced Daniel Bourque on Wednesday.
The Erath native plead guilty in February to possessing child pornography. He's also sentenced to 15 years of supervised release after his prison time is up.
During the investigation, agents seized five hard drives, cell phones and multiple CD's. In all, they found about 630 explicit images and 15 videos
