I think cell phone cameras are the best thing to happen. Just imagine how bad would be if we didn't have those. Sadly if the gentleman was a man of color he would be getting beaten upside the head.

There probably is a real law that prevents him from stopping and standing on the side of the freeway he could have enforced. No stopping is allowed on the interstates except in an emergency. Instead this cop chose to look like an idiot.

It's rare to see Asian cops lose their temper. But it also depends on where they were raised. The meek ones rarely make it far in the police force. The more outspoken ones do though.
