Hey, I'm from the Philippines and I should all tell you this that there is a cornucopia of police abuse everywhere in our country. Its sad knowing that I don't have enough power to stop this remorseful activity. I have been a victim myself. I'm still a teen and I don't want this to happen to my fellow teenage friends. Hopefully,this forum would be a great place to start. :)
