NEW YORK - A video posted to YouTube shows an impatient Ferrari driver making the ill-advised decision to drive away while a police officer was writing him a parking ticket, driving over the officer's foot in the process. In the video, the driver enters his Ferrari 458 Spider and attempts to drive away, at which point the officer shouts at him to stop, then pulls him out of the vehicle and arrests him.
