Seattle PD seems to get worse every week. I used to hear stories about Seattle as a city. People drink coffee and use their laptops a lot. Not sure why cops are so on edge in Seattle and the surrounding areas when it seems that the city hardly ever has any "major criminal related" events. I hear more on the news about gang crime in L.A. and Chicago and N.Y. rather than Seattle. And Seattle has never had an L.A. or Watts riots scenario. So these cops seem to just be bullies.

Surely what is happen in this state? The brutality that is being unleashed on innocent Citizens is reaching alarming levels! Just to ask, what is the police Chief/Commissioner doing about it? Or it is a laughable matter just like the New York Case where the video showed the commissioner laughing when asked to comment about police brutality?
