Have to agree with a comment that was made on the website. After viewing the video it's no way to tell whether that is a helicopter and you certainly can't tell if what it's chasing, or being chased by, is a UFO. You can hear some type of helicopter sound on the video but the objects appear much too far away for the sound to be that close. Not sure about that video, looks like who ever posted the video along with the bizarre title may be looking for some YouTube hits.
