Hi, it's Isabelle from Hong Kong. I never really pay any attention to police abuse until recently I've watched a video clip on the Internet that local police are pepper-spraying protesters during a peaceful strike on the street for no justified reasons. Then I realize that police are actually abusing their power and exploiting people's rights in one way or another, which contradicts with the major purpose of their existence, that is, to protect the safety of the citizens. I came across this forum one day and decided to dig a little deeper into this issue.
