Clearly, this person should have never worn the badge.
It is unfortunate that we have to police the police but that is what it boils down to.
If there were no video cameras, cell phones and other recording devices, individuals like this ex-police officer would get away with murder.

With all due respect to the victims, this story is so amusing. One of the victim is actually too drunk to even stand yet this officer still goes ahead to torture her. Was this officer also under the influence of some drug? Surely you wouldn't meet such brutality to people when you are sober! Bottom line, though, just was served and that's what counts!
