Wiretapping always seems to be illegal when someone who isn't a cop is doing it. So what exactly was he supposed to do? Walk in to a police station and ask for a warrant to wiretap corrupt cops?:dread:

I think this is ridiculous. I hope he can fight it. I also agree that the actions are always illegal if not utilized by the corrupt cops.
