Arlington TX Police Officer Choke Slams Teenage Girl

Everything's bigger in Texas. Apparently egos as well. Unfortunately, I wouldn't call this officer a man. No man chokeslams a teenage girl. And a cop should know better. But again, a lot of these guys are just all about the "enforcing" part of the law. Not the protect and serve part. It reminds me of that decepticon robot in the "Transformers" movie. The one at the beginning who's transformed into a cop car. On the side of the car, instead of "To Protect and Serve". It says "To Dominate and Enslave". Seems like today's police officers are living by the second moniker.
