I watched the video and this guy was quite combative. He did not look at all cooperative and I am thinking that he was definitely provoking them on top of that.
I am afraid that I have to side with the cops on this one. If he had just cooperated I don't think that there would have been a problem.

I don't understand why the woman thought calling the supervisor would help their situation. The sup would have obviously backed up his officers.
