    They're thinking about using replacement refs and female refs as a contigency plan. I am not sure how this will affect the games. But they really need to get the regular NFL refs back. They've only got a few weeks to get this worked out. And people were saying don't panic, it'll get worked out before the season starts. Not so sure now.
