    I can believe it. The sad part about all of this is that the cops who perpetrate these acts aren't being dealt with. They're just being suspended or put on trials that lead nowhere. After their reps are disgraced. They just relocate elsewhere and become officers there. Or in the small upstate communities where they come from. And their replacements? In some cases are worse than the guys there before them!
