    It's a good thing here in New York City owning these animals is illegal. And when they run across them they're taken away and whoever owns the apartment is arrested and fined. I wonder when Florida will pass a law like this. In that state, you can buy exotic animals. But when they get too big, people just abandon them in the swamp. Thus, the law has to be changed to protect the citizens of Florida.
