"This is amazing and disturbing dash cam video released November 17, 2009. The video shows a Milford Connecticut cruiser striking a car killing two teenagers June 13, 2009. The accident happened on the Boston Post Rd in West Haven CT while 2 Milford Police cruisers were returning after assisting the Orange Police at a disturbance at a bar.
