That is so sad! Based on that article, it does seem the officer took it way too far as to kill him. There was no need for that, and it doesn't even sound like any property damage was done!

That is just plain wrong. Cops need to be more thorough in their investigations. Throwing rocks? Come on. No one should die over something so stupid. Being at the wrong place at the wrong time.

If you can die for walking home with a bag of skittles and some soda or you can get gunned down because you're picking up your wallet or you can get shot because someone else hijacked your car then yes... Yes throwing rocks will see you into a grave.
