Of all of the dumb programs the government has ever implemented this was the dumbest! How anyone could ever believe they could maintain control and keep track of the whereabouts of those weapons once they crossed the border was at least naive and more like criminally incompetent. As a result of this incompetence an American law enforcement officer lost his life. Not very smart of the AG's office don't you think? My condolences to his family from an ex-law enforcement officer.

I think they would be asking for more trouble if they did not give them some kind of justice.... You cannot really overlook something once it goes viral on the web/news/etc. I feel terrible for his family. They definitely deserve some justice and piece of mind.

It depends streakanime, once people have had time to forget... Well with enough time anything can be buried away and forgotten. The memory of humans is a short and faulty thing.

I took the poll. I hope that they are able to get some justice. This is a wrong that needs to be made right. However it's not always that simple. The people in the positions of power often fail to make a move that won't benefit them or puts them in a bad light.

We can only hope for the best on this case. Justice is hard to find these days. Hopefully they find it.

Under this administration, there is no way that they will get justice. I did some reading and apparently Fast and Furious is just a continuation of a Shrub era policy called Operation Gunrunner, going back to 2006. Be that as it may, we have no integrity left in our government. I thought Bill Clinton was crooked but he was an angel compared to Obama (gulp!). Eric Holder in my opinion belongs in prison because he is obstructing justice. If this was a Fast and Furious gun that killed this agent, they will never admit to it and no one will ever be punished.
